Cyrille is a principal associate in the real estate department specialising in high value acquisitions, developments and sales for institutional and foreign investors. He also acts for property developers, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
Cyrille advises on all aspects of complex commercial property transactions as well as day-to-day asset management. He also assists clients with their initial deal-structuring (bringing together tax, environment and planning, construction and other related disciplines).Additionally, he handles lease-structuring on residential and mixed-use schemes.
Examples of work Cyrille has acted on includes the forward-funding of JD Sports’ 600,000 square foot distribution hub, the acquisition, management and development of a 120 acre ex-MoD site in Bedfordshire as well as the development and financing of a 204 bedroom hotel in Docklands.
