Tony is an associate in our commercial team and specialises in railway and telecommunication contracts.

Tony's recent experience includes advising on:

• the completion and mobilisation of railway franchises, including Greater Anglia and West Coast;
• rolling stock contracts;
• the acquisition of a data centre by an investor client; and
• a clients rights under a disputed contract for the installation of a 3G mobile network.

As part of Eversheds' pro bono activities, Tony is advising a not-for-profit client on its general commercial agreements and future conversion to a charity.

Tony is a Chartered Engineer and Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner, having previously practiced in technical & risk management roles in the railway industry and research & development roles in the electrical power, aerospace and nuclear power industries.
