Ally is an Associate in our Pensions team. Ally handles both corporate sponsors and trustee boards of occupational pension schemes and master trusts and advises on legal aspects of the day-to-day running of their schemes and on specific projects.

Her recent experience includes advising on scheme mergers and asset sales, rule re-writes and consolidations, bulk transfer projects, unfunded pensions, employer debt and flexible apportionment arrangements, interpretation of scheme documentation and various member disputes.

Ally is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
