Sukhbir is an associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group. Sukhbir qualified in March 2013 and joined Eversheds as a NQ after training with Hogan Lovells International LLP. As part of the training contract, Sukhbir spent 6 months in Dubai, UAE.

Sukhbir works with a variety of clients on commercial matters, with a focus on the telecoms and technology sector. She has also had contentious experience and undertaken regulatory work. Her recent experience includes: advising and negotiating agreements for a telecoms company relating to construction and operation of a sub-sea cable system; advising and negotiating master services agreements for a large telecoms supplier for provision of various services across the globe; drafting and reviewing several consumer terms and conditions to ensure compliance with Consumer legislation and Ofcom regulations; acting on a regulatory investigation and enforcement action by the FCA in relation to the conduct of a major bank to a section 166 review of its PPI operations; defending a large US company and a UK law firm in relation to allegations of fraud and misconduct; and defending an international company in a breach of warranties dispute relating to a share and purchase agreement.

Sukhbir graduated with a high 2:1 classification in Law from Queen Mary, University of London in 2009 and completed her Legal Practice Course with a Distinction at BPP Law School in Holborn.

Sukhbir is a member of the Eversheds' India Group.
