Lisa is a Professional Support Lawyer in our Real Estate group with a particular responsibility for the preparation and delivery of training.

She has a good deal of experience of delivering training (either in person or by using e-learning technology (such as webinars and e-learning modules)).

She has a broad range of commercial property experience.  She has acted for property developers on the purchase of new properties and the letting of their existing portfolio and for occupiers having negotiated agreements for lease and leases for large retail clients.

In addition to pure property work, Lisa has also been involved in a large amount of corporate support work and has a great deal of experience of due diligence and negotiating the property aspects of share purchase agreements and business purchase agreements.
