Thomas is an senior associate professional support lawyer in our company and commercial group supporting the restructuring team. He joined Eversheds in November 2010. He has worked in the field of knowledge management since 2002: as a corporate recovery and insolvency PSL at Slaughter and May; as a financing PSL at White & Case; and as proprietor of a knowledge management company supplying online content relating to insolvency law to Lexis Nexis.
Thomas trained with Clifford Chance in London and on qualification joined their corporate recovery and insolvency department. His principal areas of practice were formal insolvency proceedings and schemes of arrangement for insolvent insurers.
As a PSL at Eversheds, Thomas is responsible for developing precedents, coordinating and commissioning training for the restructuring team and creating and capturing know how relating to insolvency and restructuring.
