Aysha is a Legal Director in our Competition, EU & Regulatory group.

She specialises in a wide range of competition matters including market investigations, cartel investigations and competition litigation, as well as giving strategic and day-to-day behavioural advice with particular expertise in routes to market issues. Aysha also advises on more general EU matters including EU challenges and the WEEE legislation.

Aysha’s experience includes:

• Acting for a main party in one of the largest and most complex UK market investigations;
• Advising on a complex and high value WEEE-related High Court competition litigation;
• Acting for two major suppliers to the supermarkets in connection with the (then) OFT's grocery sector investigation;
• Assisting on a client's covert internal cartel/bribery investigation;
• Strategic and day-to-day advice to clients including Volkswagen UK.

Aysha has general commercial experience in advising on and drafting agency, distribution and franchise agreements.

Aysha was ranked in Chambers for two years in a row as an associate to watch.
