Claire is an senior associate in the Human Resources Practice Group at Eversheds LLP. Claire trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and qualified as a solicitor in August 2003. She joined Eversheds in June 2007.

Claire specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law and has advised clients in the public and private sector, including a number of clients in the financial services sector. Claire has experience of advising on and handling the resolution of a broad range of Tribunal claims including claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, breach of contract, sex, disability and race discrimination.

Claire also has experience of advising on employee relations issues, employee terminations, redundancy exercises, the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing arrangements, disciplinary and grievance issues, the preparation of employment contracts and other employee documentation, policies, procedures and staff handbooks.

Claire presents regularly on a range of employment law issues and has written a number of articles for a professional publication.
