Jessica is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management team specialising in commercial and financial services/banking litigation.

Jessica’s recent experience includes:

•advising the Key Managers and the Blue Skye Fund in relation to complex, multi-jurisdictional civil fraud proceedings before the Commercial Court (Fortress VRF I LLC & Others v Blue Skye Special Opportunities Fund LP & Others);

•advising a UK PLC in relation to obtaining an injunction to enforce the terms of an employee’s employment contract pending determination of the issues in dispute in expedited High Court proceedings;

•obtaining Norwich Pharmacal and Bankers Trust Orders for a large corporate which had been the victim of fraud;

•advising a US hedge fund manager on a potential breach of contract claim arising out of the purchase of shares in a UK company; and

•advising an individual in relation to an investigation into his dealings in the foreign exchange market.

Jessica is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
