Paul is a partner and UK head of the Restructuring team, based in our London office. He regularly deals with distressed M&A, balance sheet and operational restructuring, and implementing business restructurings via insolvency processes. He acts for lenders, borrowers and investors.

Paul’s recent experience includes a number of high profile leveraged restructurings in the travel, media and IT sectors; acting for investment funds on the acquisition and workout of loans sold by UK and Irish lenders; and representing NHP, the largest landlord, in the restructuring of the Southern Cross healthcare group.

Paul regularly works on multi-jurisdictional cases alongside colleagues from Eversheds’ international network.
