Daniel is a senior commercial lawyer, based in London, with a broad range of experience, specialising in technology and outsourcing matters.

Daniel has solid career experience acting for both customer and supplier clients across the UK, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, advising on a range of non-contentious technology-related matters including licensing, development, systems integration, maintenance, support and on complex outsourcing contracts and transitional arrangements.

Recently, Daniel has been advising clients on ERP system implementation projects, infrastructure transformations and the outsourcing/off-shoring of business-critical applications development and support services.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Daniel worked as in-house legal counsel for the Woolworths Group based in Sydney, Australia. Woolworths is a Fortune 500 / ASX Top 10 company and the largest retailer in Australia/New Zealand. Daniel’s role at Woolworths involved advising the various group business teams in relation to a range of technology-related contracts with a bias towards significant IT outsourcing deals.

Daniel is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, is an Accredited BlackDuck Legal Specialist and is also an internal member of the Eversheds' International Outsourcing, TMT and Retail Sector teams.
