He has over 30 years of experience working with household name clients in formulating and executing labour strategy . He has particular expertise in dealing with recognition and de recognition disputes , contingency planning for industrial action , restructuring and redundancies & running European Works Councils . He has worked with the Confederation of British Industry for over 20 years providing specialist input into its stance on labour issues
