Wyn is a Legal Director in our corporate practice specialising in private equity and international M&A transactions.
Wyn has over 14 years’ experience of advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions including multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, public company transactions and advising both institutional investors and portfolio companies/management on private equity transactions.
Transactions include: acting for Accel-KKR on investment in Cielo and Atlas Products International; acting for Baird Capital on acquisition of a majority stake in Alpha Financial Markets Consulting Limited, acting for Electra Partners on purchase of a portfolio of UBM’s Data Services business and acting for Parker Hannifin on acquisition of Olaer Group with operations in UK, France, Sweden and China.
