Marianne is an English law qualified associate in Eversheds' Banking and Finance practice in London. She has broad based experience acting for lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross border financings of various structures, including leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate finance (including Shari'ah compliant structures), and corporate, project and trade finance.

Marianne has recently been on secondment with the London Barclays Debt Finance legal team, where she advised on a range of high value leveraged acquisition financings and investment grade syndicated facilities.
