Tom is an associate in our Pensions team. Tom qualified as a solicitor in March 2016 and advises trustees and employers on all aspects of UK pensions law.

Tom’s recent experience includes advising on: scheme mergers; interpreting and amending scheme documentation; the incorporation of a corporate trustee company; scheme governance; the payment of pension lump sums; entitlement to pension benefits and internal dispute resolution procedures.

Tom is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
