Dragana is an associate in our London tax team. She undertakes a broad range of corporate tax work focusing primarily on transactions within the real estate sector. Her experience includes advising on VAT, direct and indirect taxes on property related transactions including stamp duty land tax, capital allowances and the construction industry scheme as well as on a range of cross-border corporate and finance tax issues.

Dragana’s recent experience includes advising various UK investment funds including partnerships and authorised unit trusts on their structuring and, in particular, on the tax consequences for their investors of their asset disposals and acquisitions. She has also advised such funds on the implications of changing their tax residence.
