Tom is a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group. He advises clients on how to resolve a wide variety of contentious and quasi-contentious issues, including civil disputes, regulatory enforcement and internal investigations. He acts for a range of institutional clients including banks, funds, wealth and investment managers, and insurers.

Tom has particular expertise in using civil litigation and mediation as tools for resolving high value, complex and strategically-important disputes for clients in a way that most effectively manages their financial risk and reputational interests. His dispute resolution experience includes handling all manner of claims and defences involving a real mixture of contractual, tortious, statutory and equitable issues arising.

Tom works closely with the firm’s litigation technology team on his matters. He is skilled at using eDisclosure platforms, legal project management tools, and case collaboration systems to ensure that clients benefit from the efficiencies that can be achieved with the latest litigation technology.
