Aneliese is an associate in the commercial practice group. Her particular expertise includes specialising in PPP projects for the public and private sectors, assisting both local authorities and private sector clients in the procurement of a number of large scale infrastructure projects in the transport, accommodation, regeneration, education and leisure sectors.

Aneliese specialises in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements. Her recent experience includes: advising Transport for Greater Manchester in relation to the procurement of a new operation and maintenance provider for the Metrolink light rail network; advising the Mayfield Partnership, a joint venture between London and Continental Railways, Manchester City Council and Transport for Greater Manchester, in relation to its procurement of a private sector development partner to deliver the regeneration of a 24 acre site within Manchester city centre; and advising a local authority client in relation to its procurement of a contractor for the design, build, operation and maintenance of large format digital advertising screens at various city centre and highway locations.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Aneliese’s experience included working as an in-house projects, commercial and infrastructure solicitor at an industry leading global infrastructure investor. Aneliese regularly provided legal and commercial advice in the bidding, planning and delivery of major public infrastructure, as well as supporting the management of a large and varied portfolio of operational PPP concessions and partnership entities.
