She has experience in advising public and private companies on acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, reorganisations and general corporate governance.

Her recent experience includes advising: Holidaybreak on the sale of its adventure division, AIM listed API Group plc on its recommended (initially hostile) £46m takeover by Steel Partners and Entu (UK) plc on its £65m initial public offering.

Helen has undertaken a 4 month secondment to Princes Limited (2013).
