Roy is a Principal Associate in Eversheds' Real Estate practice group.

Roy specialises in acting for public and private sectors on complex, high value, urban regeneration and development projects, joint ventures, mixed use schemes and business parks. Roy also has a wealth of experience in both the aviation and logistics sectors having previously worked in-house at the Manchester Airport Group.

Roy acts for developer’s such as Muse, the English Cities Fund and Kier, property companies such as Network Space and the Peel Group and local authorities such as Oldham and Liverpool.

Key recent projects include advising Muse in relation to the redevelopment of Stockport Exchange Phase 2 for hotel and office use and also representing the Manchester Airport Group in the disposal of a 271,350 sq ft logistics development site to Mountpark at the World Logistics Hub, Manchester Airport which is the second development to be brought forward at Airport City.
