Helen May is a principal associate in our human resources practice group. She advises trustees and employers on all aspects of the legal and regulatory framework which applies to occupational pension schemes. Helen’s clients operate in a wide range of sectors including consumer, financial services, manufacturing and the public sector. Her recent experience includes advising trustees in relation to a new benefit structure and advising a company about the pensions aspects of its Brexit strategy. Helen is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers and has been awarded the Trustee Certificate of Essential Pensions Knowledge by the PMI.
