Lucy is a Senior Associate in our litigation and dispute management group. She specialises in construction and engineering disputes and has experience in dealing with adjudication, arbitration, mediation, early neutral evaluation and litigation. Lucy also advises clients on dispute avoidance and has particular expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Lucy's recent experience includes:

Acting for an employer in the energy sector in a substantial LCIA arbitration arising out of a renewables project;

Advising a major utilities company in relation to a significant dispute with a contractor arising out of a long-running framework agreement;

Acting for a civil engineering contractor on a multi-million pound claim and counterclaim through to trial in the Technology and Construction Court concerning delay, disruption and defects; and

Advising a company in the rail sector on a number of disputes on matters ranging from defective works, delay and variations.
