Fiona Barker-Hall is an English and Scottish qualified Principal Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Planning and Infrastructure Consenting team, with particular experience in the consenting and implementation of nationally significant infrastructure projects in the Transport and Energy sectors. Fiona has advised on the promotion and implementation of several Development Consent Orders, for projects including the Galloper and Hornsea One offshore wind farms. Her recent experience includes advising on the promotion and implementation of the Triton Knoll Electrical System and River Humber Gas Pipeline Replacement Development Consent Orders, and on the promotion and implementation of the National Grid Viking Link Interconnector Compulsory Purchase Order. Fiona is currently advising clients including HS2, RWE, National Grid and Highways England on the promotion and implementation of several infrastructure schemes, including on matters of compulsory purchase compensation and blight.
