He advises on a broad range of commercial contracts and technology agreements, including agreements for the global supply of goods and services, standard form documentation, cloud computing, IT systems supply agreements, and agreements for outsourced services.

His recent experience includes: advising on the terms of a ground breaking Mobile Payments Platform; negotiating the terms of an IT Platform and Services Outsourcing Agreement for Discretionary Wealth Management Services; drafting and advising on the terms of a Facilities Management Outsourcing Agreement for a UK retailer; negotiating the terms of a Software Licence and Maintenance Agreement with a global technology provider for the supply, installation and maintenance of Agent Performance Management Software; negotiating the terms of a Global Content Delivery Network Agreement; drafting and advising upon the terms of a Systems Integration Agreement for the supply of a Hybris omni-channel commerce platform for a UK retailer.

John has also undertaken secondments to a major international bank and a global technology company.
