Kath is the Senior Office Partner of Eversheds Sutherland's Cardiff office.

Kath is also Office Location Head for the Cardiff Real Estate (170+ team) team which provides Investors, Corporate and Volume Real Estate services for some of the firm's largest clients from our Financial Services, Transport, Energy and Infrastructure, Education, Public Sector, Diversified Industrials, Consumer and TMT sectors.

Kath's team also includes a Projects team which provides support to the rest of Eversheds Sutherland on high volume legal projects. The team's experience includes the review of 140,000 documents as part of a disclosure exercise on a large piece of Competition litigation; 800 dealership agreements for a global car manufacturer; 90,000 deeds for a major utilities provider as part of a mass registration project; 30,000 files as part of the due diligence in relation to a £2.2bn mortgage portfolio purchase.

Kath chairs the Eversheds Sutherland Shadow International Leadership Team and leads the Gender Network in Cardiff. She is also an Eversheds Sutherland Charitable Trust Trustee and is a member of the firm's Appointment Panel.

Kath is a member of UK Finance, the Conveyancing Association and the Equity Release Council. She is on the CBI Council for Wales, a Board member of Maggie's Cancer centre in Cardiff and member of the Thriving in the Workplace Business Council, which works to raise awareness and support businesses to deal with mental health and wellness. Kath is also one of the founding members of the Monumental Welsh Women group which is spearheading a campaign to deliver more public art representing women in Wales.

Kath is passionate about the promotion of diversity, gender parity and social mobility, in the firm and wider profession.
