Tim is a Principal Associate in the employee incentives team, based in Leeds, advising on all aspects of employee share option schemes.
Tim advises public and private companies on the implementation of all forms of employee incentive arrangements and the share option issues which arise on share/asset sales and stock market launches. He also has experience of advising multinational businesses when they seek to extend their incentive arrangements to employees worldwide.
