Simon is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources Group, specialising in Pensions Law.

He has considerable experience advising regional and national businesses and the trustees of their pension schemes on a wide range of pensions-related legal matters.

He also advises regularly on the pensions issues arising from corporate transactions (mergers, acquisition, restructures, etc.).

In addition, Simon has considerable recent experience in relation to Pension Master Trusts, Self Invested Personal Pension arrangements (SIPPs) and Small Self Administered Schemes (SSASs) ranging from advising on lending arrangements, preparing and amending governing documentation and advising SIPP/SSAS providers in connection with the transfer/merger and subsequent administration of other SIPP providers' clients and arrangements.

Simon is a full member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers.
