Michael is an Associate in Eversheds’ Commercial Contracts team and has experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting clauses for a variety of commercial arrangements for both public and private sector clients.

Michael has experience drafting bespoke contractual documents, such as a precedent Confidentiality Agreement for a technology company and a Consultancy Agreement between a client and a Chinese entity. He has also re-drafted commercial contracts prior to explaining and discussing his amendments with clients, and has been responsible for drafting advice in relation to such contracts.

Regarding corporate support, Michael has been involved in due diligence exercises for corporate acquisitions, as well as providing commercial assistance in corporate transactions. He has also recently been involved in work as part of the Eversheds Consumer Law team, and has assisted on large projects, for example on an international PFI project bid.
