Andrew is a Principal Associate advising on major projects and commercial contracts. Andrew has acted for the private sector, funders and the public sector on major infrastructure projects.

Andrew's experience also includes:

• advising funders on long term investment in infrastructure; 
• advising bidders on their bids for significant infrastructure projects; 
• advising on the outsourcing of various services; 
• advising on a number of waste procurements (including collection, HWRCs, recycling, landfill and energy from waste facilities) using competitive dialogue and the restricted procedure; 
• a six month secondment at local authority advising them on the procurement of significant infrastructure using competitive dialogue; and 
• advising on joint working arrangements between local authorities.
  Andrew has written a number of articles on waste and has spoken waste conferences about energy from waste and waste procurement.
