Jo is a Partner in our Construction and Engineering group and has particular expertise in the preparation and negotiation of domestic and international construction contracts in the Energy, Chemical and Infrastructure sectors. She advises on EPC, EPCM, O&M and Framework Agreements and all forms of standard form construction and engineering documentation (such as FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC and IChemE contracts). Jo is experienced in the application of risk assessment to the procurement process - ensuring the contracts have the correct risk profile and identifying risks that need to be managed outside of the contractual documentation.
