Jennifer is a Principle Associate in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. Jennifer advises on all aspects of contentious property and portfolio management issues including strategically important contested lease renewals, high profile tenant insolvencies, high-value break options, forfeiture, lease termination, rent review, assignments, recovery of rent and service charge arrears. Jennifer works with many of the firm's real estate clients across a number of different sectors. These include real estate investors such as institutional landlords, consumer sector clients, financial institutions, energy sector clients, DI sector clients, technology sector clients and transport sector clients. Jennifer regularly provides training to the firm's clients and contacts on a variety of topics and also presents at Surveyor Seminars.
