Kevin Finkelstein is an associate in the Finance practice.

He represents private equity firms, leading financial institutions, direct lenders, and commercial and investment banks. Kevin’s experience includes a variety of domestic and cross-border complex financing transactions, including leveraged financings, securitizations, and refinancings across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Prior to law school, Kevin served as an enlisted Sailor in the U.S. Navy. He maintains an active pro bono practice representing fellow veterans in matters related to their veterans benefits and discharge characterizations. Kevin is also a Co-Chair of the firm’s veteran affinity group, VALIANT.
