Serene Katranji represents life sciences and health care companies — including pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician groups, reference laboratories, and various other health care provider types. She also represents companies involved in health care innovation and enterprise, such as health care financing and technology. Serene advises clients on operational transformation and emerging health care markets. Her practice covers a full range of transactional, compliance and regulatory work involving joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and other restructuring and alignment arrangements. She leads clients through development and implementation of complex health care strategies, such as developing compensation models that align provider performance with evolving payor reimbursement.
