Career
Juan Martin Alarcón is a lawyer since 2019, corporate and regulatory advisor to international mining companies. Certified mediator by the USFQ.
His experience lies in the regulatory compliance and the validity of the mining portfolio of 15 international companies, which is comprised of more than 200 concessions. He has participated in contractual subscriptions with the state, financing agreements, joint ventures and other corporate figures for the participation of companies in mining projects.
