Doménica Arroyo joined the firm in 2020 and is currently a lawyer in the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure Unit. Her professional practice within the firm focuses on corporate, corporate, regulatory, administrative and civil law areas.

Doménica focuses on the management and representation of administrative proceedings before mining and environmental authorities. She manages the regulatory compliance of the mining porfolios of international and multinational mining exploration companies and guides the companies within the mining control and regulation processes. Likewise, in practice, he assists in the business and investment processes in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors in Ecuador. Likewise, he focuses on qualifying, determining and assisting in the elaboration of the respective complaints of illegal mining that have caused great affectations to nature and the environment.

Education

Domenica, studied at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where she obtained her law degree Cum Laude (2021).
