Position

Wolfgang is partner and co-head of the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and transactions. He also counsels clients on compliance issues and privacy law. Wolfgang is co-head of the German Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice group.

Wolfgang has longstanding experience in complex dispute resolution, including representing DAX and major international companies on cases that threaten their business models or future viability. His main focus is on disputes in the areas of media, information technology, intellectual property, corporate law and other commercial matters. Wolfgang represents clients in state court proceedings as well as in arbitrations. In addition, Wolfgang advises clients with respect to complex projects, including agreements on outsourcing, research, development, licensing, film financing, broadcasting and distribution, and trademark, patent and know-how licensing. Wolfgang has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the TMT sector.
