He has advised several companies, both national and international, in corporate governance and corporate matters. In venture capital and entrepreneurship, he has advised several startups in incorporation, fundraising and internationalization processes. Likewise, he has advised foreign venture capital funds in their investments in local startups, and multinational companies in the development of corporate venturing projects.
