Member of the Tax and International Trade team. His professional practice focuses on tax consulting and tax planning for domestic and foreign clients, and the rendering of advice to local and foreign corporations with respect to start-up of business, wind-up of investments and mergers including the acquisition of local and off-shore vehicles. Additionally, his professional practice also focuses in the planning of fiscal reorganizations for private clients, and consulting on international taxation matters.

Nicolás has a Law Degree from Universidad de Los Andes (2020). He also has a Postgraduate degree in Taxation from the same institution (2022).
