Her professional practice focuses on rendering advice to local and foreign corporations with respect to start-up of business, wind-up of investments, mergers including the acquisition of local and off-shore vehicles for real estate, infrastructure and non-conventional energy projects, and spin-off from the Colombian tax perspective. Planned fiscal reorganization for private clients, often focused on complex cross-border private wealth management. Ongoing counselling on tax matters
