Within his career, he has provided legal advice on international transactions with entities in the energy sector, including the purchase, spin-off, and merger of foreign and domestic companies; financing with international bank loans, the issuance of private bonds and the structuring of companies with assets in energy projects in the Toronto Stock Exchange.
