Active clients include Digital Realty Trust, Essex Property Trust, Hudson Pacific Properties, InvenTrust Properties, Phillips Edison, Realty Income and Redwood Trust. The team acted for Phillips Edison, a US-based owner and developer of shopping centres, on its sale of real estate assets and the third-party asset management business, to Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT I. The global group is co-chaired by Michael Brody, Julian Kleindorfer and Ana O’Brien.
