Christopher Clark, a former federal prosecutor, is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He serves as global Co-chair of the firm's Financial Institutions Industry Group and as Co-chair of its Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice. With deep experience in matters concerning financial markets, Mr. Clark’s practice focuses on two main areas: (1) the representation of financial institutions (including alternative investment firms such as hedge and private equity funds), corporations and individuals in complex civil and criminal litigation, regulatory inquiries and investigations; and (2) representation of alternative investment firms in large-scale civil disputes involving distressed or defaulted securities.
