With more than 10 years of experience, Jonas Schwarz represents private equity funds, family offices and large corporates in German and international transactions, including M&A, restructuring and insolvency matters. Jonas has extensive experience in advising debtor companies/managers, creditors, shareholders and investors on a broad range of crisis and insolvency matters as well as on financial restructurings – both, within and outside of insolvency proceedings.
