Experience includes public and private M&A, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, equity and debt issuances, share capital restructuring and buybacks. Has a particular focus on private equity and cross-border M&A transactions and experience in transactions involving a wide range of industries including finance, retail, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, information technology, infrastructure, engineering and manufacturing.
