Laurent is a partner in Ogier’s Luxembourg office and is involved in a wide range of international corporate M&A, corporate finance and commercial transactions as well as advising on private equity and other investment funds in all areas of corporate law.

He first qualified in France in 2004 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.

Laurent has previously worked for several years with OPF Partners in Luxembourg and Ashurst (Luxembourg desk) in London.
