Position
Partner, head of EU and competition law group; expertise in all aspects of all UK and EC competition law; particular interest in the application of competition law to the ownership and exercise of intellectual property rights and to the application of competition law in the TMT sector; advises on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of competition law and has represented clients in proceedings before the European Commission, Court of First Instance, European Court of Justice and in the English High Court.
