Kathryn specialises in commercial landlord and tenant law and the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, both as portfolios and as individual transactions.

She is experienced in dealing with commercial property transactions for pharmacies, doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries, care homes and children’s day nurseries.

Career

Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 2005 with Howard Kennedy in the West End of London, going on to work for firms in Reading and Basingstoke. Kathryn joined the the Commercial Conveyancing team of Gordons as a Senior Associate in the autumn of 2019.

Education

Kathryn studied Law with European Law at Warwick University, which included a year abroad studying law in France and Germany.  She also has a Masters in Environmental Strategy from the University of Surrey, granted in 2014.
