Claire qualified as a solicitor with a firm in Chancery lane London and she has worked exclusively in the private client field in London, Godalming and Guildford. She joined Gordons in April 2016.Claire has experience in dealing with all aspects of private client matters and specialises in inheritance tax planning and asset protection, administration of estates, trusts, wills, Advance Directives, Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Many of the estates she deals with are complex and include overseas property and she also advises on wills and estate planning for individuals with property overseas and for non -domiciled and non- resident in the UK individuals.
She also acts as attorney for a number of her clients.
