Sarah is a Partner in Brachers’ Private Client team. She has more than 15 years’ experience as a solicitor, qualifying at a regional law firm. She subsequently worked at a national accountancy firm as Director of Legal Services, before joining Brachers in 2021 and becoming Partner in 2023.

Sarah specialises in:

• Estate administration, including applications for probate and advising on intestacy. Ranging from simple to complex estates, including international and foreign elements, businesses and agricultural assets
• Inheritance tax planning and succession planning for individuals, and those with High Net Worth (HNW) and Very High Net Worth individuals (VHNW)
• Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation, management and administration
• Deeds of Variation

Her clients are diverse and include HNW and VHNW individuals, business owners, sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders, farmers and those in the agricultural community. Her goal is to connect with her clients, and their other advisors to provide a holistic strategy for tax planning and succession needs.
