Amy manages the growing Forfeiture department at JB Leitch. This involves advising clients of the forfeiture process including the defended process (including cost implications), the day-to-day running of the team and continued development of the paralegals within the team.

Career

Amy joined JB Leitch in June 2014 after successfully completing a law degree at the University of Central Lancashire with first class honours. Subsequently, Amy also studied to complete the LPC and qualified in early 2019. Initially assisting with the day to day running of the Forfeiture team, Amy consistently displays energy, commitment and a strong managerial style that has helped shape the team and deliver a strong track record of success.

Always focused on client outcomes, Amy provides a high level of expertise in residential forfeiture matters including unregistered, insolvent and out of jurisdiction leases.
